The participation costs consist of a non-refundable program fee, as well as the enrollment fee. The program fee amounting to 160,- Euros is levied at a flat-rate. It covers the administrative tasks associated with the enrollment process and internship management. The regular program fee for online internships amounts to 60,- Euros. At the beginning of your internship, you need to make a one-time payment to Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin for the enrollment (approx. 200 €). The payment must be made in cash at the office of the program coordinator. It covers the semester contribution and includes a public transportation ticket (Berlin zones ABC).

Please note that the program fee must be paid in one installment and no later than three weeks after confirmation of your internship placement. Registration becomes valid only after verification of payment. The transfer charge must be paid by the applicant. The enrollment fees must be paid in cash on the first day of the internship.
