Project Content
Mogli is an early-stage climate-tech start-up building an AI-native operating system for renewable energy developers and EPCs. Nearly every second euro spent on developing renewable energy projects goes towards operational overhead. Mogli addresses this by unifying data silos and leveraging AI to help teams accelerate project timelines. Our platform connects with existing tools, extracts and structures project information, automates repetitive and time-consuming tasks such as document generation and analysis, and helps surface risks earlier.

We currently focus on solar, wind, and battery storage developers and work closely with industry partners to validate and further develop the product. Mogli is at an early commercial stage, with several pilot projects and a first paying customer in rollout.

As a small and interdisciplinary team, we work closely across product, engineering, business, and customer-facing activities. Interns therefore have the opportunity to contribute directly to real operational and product challenges rather than isolated internal projects.

Tasks for Interns
As an intern, you will support Mogli’s go-to-market and business development activities as we grow our presence in the renewable energy sector.

Your main responsibilities may include:
  • Conducting market and customer research to better understand target segments, ideal customer profiles, competitors, and emerging use cases
  • Supporting the evaluation of new markets and international expansion opportunities
  • Identifying and researching potential business development and partnership opportunities
  • Analyzing customer feedback and commercial learnings to help refine our positioning and go-to-market approach
  • Supporting commercial strategy projects such as pricing, market positioning, and testing go-to-market hypotheses
  • Preparing structured analyses and recommendations to support business and growth decisions

You will work closely with Mogli’s business and founding team and contribute directly to real commercial questions in an early-stage climate-tech start-up.

Academic Level
  • Advanced undergraduate students (from the second year)
  • Master’s students

  2. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to structure complex questions and turn information into clear insights
  3. Interest in go-to-market strategy, business development, market research, customer segmentation, pricing, or commercial strategy
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
  5. A proactive and independent working style, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work effectively in a fast-moving start-up environment
  6. Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to test hypotheses, learn from customer and market feedback, and iterate quickly
  7. Fluency in English; German is a strong plus but not required

Previous experience in renewable energy or climate-tech is welcome but not essential.
