gamelab.berlin and its spin-off projects develop games for research and knowledge transfer.
gamelab.berlin is a research and development platform at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. We conduct interdisciplinary research in the field of games as a cultural technique, develop games for science and society and help our partners to turn their ideas into games.
Tasks for Interns
Active participation in game development in projects with games for knowledge transfer.
The tasks are determined and discussed in detail with the selected student according to their interests and background knowledge.

Requirements
Experience in game development, game design, or game studies.
Knowledge in all areas of game development is welcome, from concept, game design, analysis, programming, modeling, illustration, and game sound to optimization.
We work with Unity 3D as well as with Unreal Engine and the corresponding languages C++ and C#. For 3D modeling, knowledge of Blender is helpful.
