At arcneo, we are engaged in the development of sustainable, modular multi-family homes made of wood, complemented by an innovative financing method. Through our platform, we offer a financial product that allows private investors to invest in these real estate projects with a measurable impact focus in a fair and profitable manner.

Key tasks include identifying and evaluating potential sites, conducting project cost analyses, and calculating ROI for investors.

Interns will assess regional and municipal markets to identify prime locations for expansion, compile project data into clear, appealing presentations, and gain hands-on experience in financial modeling and investment evaluation. With ownership of dedicated tasks, interns are encouraged to develop independent solutions and strategies and will have opportunities to engage directly with industry stakeholders and explore the startup ecosystem.
