THIS IS ANTO

Your bike.

Just smarter.

anto stands for clever, sustainable bicycle solutions that offer you more transportation options.

We develop high-quality bicycle accessories that flexibly expand your bike and adapt to your life. This way, your bike becomes a reliable everyday companion – ready for shopping, sports, family outings, or spontaneous adventures.

With anto, you ride easily, transport flexibly, and travel sustainably.

What you can expect:
A hands-on internship in a young bicycle start-up where you can see your ideas directly translated into real content, campaigns and communication. You will gain practical experience in social media management, content production, digital marketing and start-up development while working closely with the founder and the product development team.

Tasks for Interns
As an intern in Social Media Management & Content Creation, you will become part of a young, growing start-up and support us in building and communicating the anto brand across digital channels.

The internship will focus on social media, content creation, brand communication and digital marketing. Depending on your interests and the development of our projects, your tasks may include:
  • Developing and implementing social media content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Creating photos, videos, reels, short-form content and other visual formats
  • Developing creative content ideas around bicycles, mobility, sustainability, products and everyday cycling
  • Planning and maintaining a social media content calendar
  • Supporting the development of our social media strategy and brand communication
  • Writing and editing captions, posts and other marketing content
  • Photographing and filming products, prototypes, production processes and events
  • Supporting the preparation of campaigns, product launches and marketing activities
  • Monitoring social media performance and analyzing engagement and other relevant metrics
  • Researching current trends, formats and topics relevant to cycling, mobility and social media
  • Supporting communication around trade fairs, events and collaborations
  • Contributing your own creative ideas to help develop the anto brand and its visual identity

As a start-up, our projects and priorities develop continuously. Therefore, the exact tasks for Summer 2027 are not yet fully defined. We expect the intern to work independently, contribute their own ideas, and take an active role in shaping our communication and content.

The specific day-to-day activities and a more detailed project focus can be agreed upon together with the selected intern before the start of the internship.

Academic Level
  • Advanced undergraduate students (from the second year)
  • Master’s students
  • Doctoral students
Requirements
We are looking for a creative, curious and motivated person who enjoys communicating ideas and turning them into engaging content.

The ideal candidate should bring:
  • Interest in social media, digital communication and content creation
  • Basic experience with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok
  • An interest in photography, video, reels and visual storytelling
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Creativity and a good sense for visual content, trends and storytelling
  • An independent and proactive way of working – you don't have to wait for us to tell you what to do
  • The ability to develop and contribute your own ideas
  • Willingness to experiment, learn new tools and try out different formats
  • Good organizational skills and reliability when planning and producing content
  • An interest in bicycles, sustainable mobility, product design or start-ups is a plus, but not a requirement
  • A hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a young, dynamic and evolving environment

Previous professional experience is not essential. We are more interested in your curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn. If you already have experience with tools for graphic design, photo/video editing, or social media analytics, that is a plus.

Since anto is a growing start-up, we value people who are comfortable with changing priorities, taking responsibility, and helping shape things from the beginning.

Expected Preparation
No specific preparation is required before the internship.

It would be helpful if the intern is familiar with the basic principles of social media content creation and has an interest in bicycles, sustainable mobility and start-ups.

Before the start of the internship, we will provide an introduction to the anto brand, our products, target groups and communication strategy. Specific tools and workflows can be learned during the internship.
