Project Content
Every company has its own way of doing things. Most of it lives in people's heads and never gets written down.

doings.ai builds a system that learns how your colleagues work, while they work. It takes over the repetitive parts and shows the results to the people responsible. When something is unclear, it asks the right person. When someone corrects a result, it asks whether that should always be so. Every answer and every approval becomes part of how the company works, and the system remembers where it came from.

Over time, the system asks less and gets more right, and people spend their time on the decisions that need them.

Tasks for Interns
You would work on the following:
  • Using AI and tools in new and creative ways to launch market experiments (is this feature creating buyers-ask?)
  • Maybe you would create an AI podcast or even videos with tools (you don't need to record yourself), but also postings
  • You would use doings.ai to create mini-apps that help with GTM (no coding skills required and we will help you with this)

Academic Level
  • Advanced undergraduate students (from the second year)
  • Master’s students
  • Doctoral students
Requirements
You should have a solid working knowledge of AI tools. Coding skills are not necessary, but you should understand tools like ChatGPT and Claude: how they work, where they excel, where they tend to make mistakes, and how to use them to automate tasks.

You are open-minded about new approaches, technologies, and tools, and you continuously question "the way things have always been done."

We're looking for a team player who is genuinely eager to learn new things. You have a genuine interest in go-to-market strategy for startups.

Expected Preparation
You do not need to know our product in advance. These three things will help you get started quickly:
  1. Market experiments: Be comfortable with small, testable steps: define a hypothesis, decide what result would change your mind, run it in days rather than months, and write down what you learned.
  2. A look at how work really happens in a company. Pick a process you know, such as onboarding, invoice approval, or a customer request, and note who decides what, where the exceptions are, and what nobody has written down.
  3. Read a short introduction to the "Jobs to be done" approach or to Lean Startup experiments or design thinking. One evening is enough.
