Project Content
Our mission is to increase fairness in job interviews, decrease biases, and increase diversity in organizations. We build a video interviewing platform that provides a superior experience for both the candidate and the interviewer.

The research project is focused on the commercialization of the innovative product that Talentrify develops. Therefore we need to educate decision-makers about the potential of decreasing biases in job interviews and effectively communicate Talentrify’s value proposition. 
The project includes the development of Talentrify’s go-to-market strategy based on sales and marketing research as well as based on best practices from leading technology organizations. 
Tasks for Interns
This is a high-priority project for Talentrify. Therefore, you will define together with the founders how to best contribute your strengths and scientific and practical knowledge to the grand goal. 
We want to make the internship as impactful as possible for you and for Talentrify. 

Exemplary tasks can include: 
  • development of product positioning and customer segmentation
  • creation of strategy to communicate the value of the solution to customers
  • relaunch of website
  • creation of tailored marketing presentations
  • sales development planning
  • sales development execution 
Academic Level
Advanced undergraduate students (from third year) 
Master's students 

Requirements
  • Studying business administration, economics, psychology or a related subject 
  • Motivation to take ownership of strategic projects in a young and dynamic environment 
  • Ideally: Academic knowledge and practical experience in either sales or marketing 
  • Strong communication skills 

We encourage you to apply based on your motivation even if you do not fulfil all requirements. The core goal is to commercialize Talentrify’s innovation and there are many ways to leverage your unique skills. 
Expected Preparation
In the weeks before the internship starts, we will develop a mutual plan together with you. In this discussion we would like to discover how you can contribute best to the project based on your unique skills, interest and experiences. 
All onboarding will happen in your first week(s) at Talentrify.
